Refferal Terms Of Service

How It Works
- Your friend signs up for a new AFRISERVER Web hosting plan.
- During
signup, your friend must indicate the domain name or username of your
AFRISERVER Web hosting account, either by entering it in the "Referred by"
field in the online signup form or if signing up over the phone by
mentioning it to a member of AFRISERVER Support.
- For each new referred account, we will credit your account $10.
- This
credit will be applied to your next purchase. Eligible purchases, which
may include domain name credits, upgrades, products, setup fees and of
course, the renewal of your AFRISERVER account. If you purchase something
that costs less than the eqivalent of one free month of hosting, we
will continue to apply the remainder of your credit to subsequent
purchases utill the full credit amount has been applied.
Eligibility
- This
offer only applies to AFRISERVER Web hosting customers in good standing and
those customers whom they refer to the same plan. Affiliate, ProRewards
and Reseller plans as well as any other promotional rewards are
excluded from this offer.
- Credits will only be issued if
your domain name or username is entered at the time of signup or
communicated to our AFRISERVER Support at the time of sale.
- Credits
will be applied within 10 business days after your friend remains a
customer in good standing with AFRISERVER for at least 30 days.
- This offer is not valid where prohibited by law, or in any jurisdiction whose laws materially affect the terms of this offer.
Program Terms
- Referral credits must be for new AFRISERVER Web hosting accounts.
- Credits will not be applied retroactively.
- Credits will be applied to your next purchase(s).
- AFRISERVER reserves the right to revoke credits for violations to its Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy, for fraud, refunds, cancellations and charge-backs or a substantial change in business circumstances.
- Details of the program are subject to change without notice.
Credit Limits
- No limit applies to the number of individual credits that can be rewarded for individual referrals.
- There is no cash value for credits under any referral offer with AFRISERVER. Credits are non-refundable.
